Job Description

Roles And Responsibilities :-  

  • Distribution of leads to sales team according to region received on call or sales email id.
  • Preparation of Quotation.
  • Order processing i.e screening, and punching into the system and get approval from sr. management on it.
  • Share PI , PIR and EPCI form to customer.
  • Handle dispatches for service laser, backup/ demo laser or Invoiced lasers for north region.
  • If required preparing Agreement copy of backup / demo laser.
  • Maintain records of order booking & Invoicing.
  • Arranging WEBEX meeting with sales and customer if required.
  • Following for CAR form from sales team.
  • Providing details for customer vendor registration shared by sales team.
  • Minting records customer visiting to office and collecting filled customer feedback / training forms .
  • Handling Petty Cash day today expenses of the office and submitting in Greyhr – weekly basis.
  • Checking Expenses of Sales team and other in Greyhr.
  • Developing new vendors, negotiation on rates and doing vendor registration.
  • Checking vendor expenses and taking approval on it to process further for payment.
  • Maintain Office housekeeping staff and checking their work.
  • Arranging pantry supplies.
  • Mainting breakup of electricity builder portion and IPG portion.
  • Booking Flights , Arranging Hotel stay and cab according the requirement of Senior management.
  • Arranging vehicle for service engineer for visiting customer site after approval of HOD.
  • Filing Documents.
  • Arranging things like welcome note / gifts / bouquet – if guest visiting to office.
  • Sharing attendance of north office from Biomatrix monthly.
  • Apply for visa through agents as per requirement of HOD / team traveling.
  • Arranging Currency for traveler through agent after approval.
  • Looking after for exhibition work – i.e. taking quotation for trucks, Stationary etc.
  • Traveling if required in exhibition – doing data entry of leads received.
  • Arranging things office events or celebration .i.e Diwali/ holi etc.
  • Screening and arranging Interview on webex or phone with Sr. management.
  • Processing Joining documentation work of new joinee in north office.
