Job Description
- Coordinate the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Communicate with candidates to provide information about job opportunities, interview schedules, and onboarding procedures.
- Assist in conducting initial interviews and assessments, and provide feedback to hiring managers as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate information, interview feedback, and hiring decisions in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Coordinate pre-employment checks, including reference checks, background checks, and drug screenings, as required.
- Assist with the preparation of employment contracts, offer letters, and other hiring-related documentation.
- Facilitate new hire orientation sessions and coordinate employee onboarding activities, including paperwork completion and training schedules.
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including but not limited to data entry, filing, photocopying, and document preparation.
- Assist with office management tasks, such as managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and handling incoming calls and emails.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant employment laws and regulations.
