Job Description
- Proven work experience as a Marketing or similar role, Familiarity with Clients Tracking Systems.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills, Good in Word and Excel and Internet Surfing.
- MBA in Marketing and Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field.
- Own the services relationship & is responsible for understanding the business needs as well as direction in order to help them quantify and achieve their business objectives.
- Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships.
- Maintain effective relationships with established clients, Develop and maintain social media profiles on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long- term sales pipeline in accordance with targets.
- Work with internal teams to deliver outstanding presentations to capture profitable business opportunities.
- Attend client meetings during the business process and during development, Manage and deliver email.
- Determine appropriate recruitment, and other work solutions, and make relevant recommendations to clients.
- Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of recruitment (IT & Non-IT) as well as Company trends.
- Develop strategies to maximize clients and revenue opportunities.
- Create Business to Online Marketing on National and International.
- To maintain an excellent client relationship with existing and potential clients.
