Job Description
- Basic understanding of GEM (Government e-Marketplace) and Government Tender Process (RFI, RFT, RFP, RFQ and EOI/Bidding).
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services, including features, functionality, and technical specification.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Effective coordination with clients to ensure seamless communication and relationship management.
- Should have a good Communication skills.
- Understand customer and market needs of government segments.
- Establish trust relationship with key stakeholders and position as trusted advisor in customer organization.
- Collaborate with Sales and technical team to drive business growth.
- Demonstrate products and solutions to the customer based on their needs.
- Conducting client visits by leading the agenda, identifying key participants, documenting discussions during business meetings, reviews, demos, presentations, etc., and preparing minutes of meetings (MOMs).
- Proficient in making Pre-Sales documents.
- Must able to travel as required for business purposes.
