Roles and Responsibilities
* Should be having 5+ years of experience working as Business Development Manager.
* Understand client needs, identify analysis objectives and perform data analysis using
analytical techniques.
* Must be having experience of working on Email Leads.
* Prepare / Review reports based on the results of analysis.
* Actively present data to client on weekly calls.
* Should have worked directly with onshore clients.
* Sales bent of mind to offer solutions to clients issues
* Leads the successful pursuit of business opportunities, resulting in the award of large
programs in the market place.
* Oversees the development and implementation of the win strategy beginning with pre
Request for Proposal (RFP) activities.
* Exhibits leadership skills required to direct sales force in leveraging companywide
capabilities and expertise.
* Identify jobs relevant to company technical expertise on online bidding portals.
* Coordinates the required management reviews of proposal and contract documents in
compliance with the approval authority.
* Reviews proposals for products and service opportunities to determine proposal feasibility.
* Researches and analyzes to ensure that adequate support is provided in the proposal
development process.
