  • Develop and execute the company’s business development strategy to drive growth and achieve revenue targets for government projects. Prior exposure in this field will be an added advantage
  • Lead and manage a team of business development professionals in government & PSU space , providing guidance, support, and mentoring to ensure high performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate new leads.
