Job Description

  1. Recruitment:
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
    • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., job boards, social platforms, professional networks) and offline methods.
    • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
    • Coordinate interviews and assist in the selection process.
    • Conduct reference checks and negotiate employment offers.
  2. Onboarding and Orientation:
    • Coordinate new employee orientation sessions.
    • Facilitate the onboarding process, including paperwork completion, orientation training, and introduction to company policies and procedures.
    • Ensure a smooth transition for new hires into their roles.
  3. Employee Relations:
    • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
    • Address employee concerns and escalate issues to HR management as needed.
    • Assist in resolving conflicts and promoting a positive work environment.
  4. Performance Management:
    • Support the performance appraisal process by administering performance reviews and providing guidance to managers and employees.
    • Track performance appraisal deadlines and ensure timely completion.
  5. Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
    • Maintain employee records and HR documentation in accordance with legal requirements.
    • Assist in HR audits and compliance reporting.
  6. HR Administration:
    • Maintain HR databases and employee files.
    • Generate HR reports and metrics as required.
    • Assist in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
