Job Description

1. Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing;
    resume screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely filling of
    vacant positions.

2. Employee Relations:

  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including policies,
    procedures, and benefits.
  • Handle employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts fairly and professionally.

3. Performance Management:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of performance management programs
    and processes.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees and
    managers.
  • Collaborate with managers to develop performance improvement plans as necessary.

4. HR Policy Development and Compliance:

  • Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in alignment with
    legal requirements and best practices.
  • Conduct regular HR audits to ensure adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.

5. Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
  • Organize and conduct HR-related training sessions for employees and management.
  • Encourage a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

6. HR Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate HR records, employee data, and other relevant systems.
  • Generate HR reports and analyze data to identify trends and provide management insights.
