Job Description
1. Talent Acquisition:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing;
resume screening, interviewing, and selection. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely filling of
vacant positions.
2. Employee Relations:
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including policies,
procedures, and benefits. - Handle employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts fairly and professionally.
3. Performance Management:
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance management programs
and processes. - Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees and
managers. - Collaborate with managers to develop performance improvement plans as necessary.
4. HR Policy Development and Compliance:
- Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in alignment with
legal requirements and best practices. - Conduct regular HR audits to ensure adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
5. Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
- Organize and conduct HR-related training sessions for employees and management.
- Encourage a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
6. HR Data Management:
- Maintain accurate HR records, employee data, and other relevant systems.
- Generate HR reports and analyze data to identify trends and provide management insights.
