Job Description

1. Talent Acquisition:
 Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing; resume screening, interviewing, and selection.
 Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely filling of vacant positions.

2. Employee Relations:
 Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including policies, procedures, and benefits.
 Handle employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts fairly and professionally.

3. Performance Management:
 Assist in the development and implementation of performance management programs and processes.
 Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees and managers.
 Collaborate with managers to develop performance improvement plans as necessary.

4. HR Policy Development and Compliance:
 Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in alignment with legal requirements and best practices.
 Conduct regular HR audits to ensure adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.

5. Training and Development:
 Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
 Organize and conduct HR-related training sessions for employees and management.
 Encourage a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

6. HR Data Management:
 Maintain accurate HR records, employee data, and other relevant systems.
 Generate HR reports and analyse data to identify trends and provide management insights.
