Job Description

  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan for West, North and East regions that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
  • Develop, support and groom reported sales managers so as to create a strong sales team.
  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets successfully.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs by providing solutions.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Being the face of IPG Photonics, it is extremely essential to be disciplined & courteous in terms of response, communication & documentation, key being the quality and speed.
  • Educate customer about the various features of IPG products.
  • Act and behave in line with the guiding principles of IPG Photonics.
  • Responsible for support to marketing activities like exhibitions, seminars etc.
  • Be pro-active in networking within the areas and zones to learn from each other and replicate best practices.
