Job Description
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including order processing, contract preparation, and document management.
- Customer Interaction: Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide product/service information as needed.
- Sales Tracking: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales orders, contracts, and customer interactions using our CRM system.
- Scheduling: Coordinate sales appointments, meetings, and follow-ups to optimize the sales team’s productivity.
- Inventory Management: Monitor product inventory levels and assist in the coordination of inventory replenishment as necessary.
- Reporting: Generate sales reports and performance metrics for the sales team and management.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between the sales team, clients, and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and information flow.
- Market Research: Assist in gathering market intelligence and competitor information to support sales strategies.
