Job Description

  1. Frontend Development:
    • Lead the development of user interfaces using React JS.
    • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement design mockups into functional components.
    • Ensure the responsiveness and optimal performance of applications.
  2. Code Reviews and Mentoring:
    • Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and best practices.
    • Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers in the team.
  3. Architectural Design:
    • Contribute to the architectural decisions and design of scalable and maintainable frontend systems.
    • Work closely with the backend development team to integrate frontend and backend systems.
  4. Optimization and Performance:
    • Identify and address performance bottlenecks to ensure fast and efficient user experiences.
    • Implement optimizations for improved load times and responsiveness.
  5. Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend developers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
    • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other agile development processes.
  6. Documentation:
    • Create and maintain technical documentation for the frontend codebase.
    • Document best practices and coding standards.
  7. Stay Updated:
    • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve skills and stay ahead in the field.
