- Collaborate with hiring managers and project teams to determine the hiring needs and requirements for site-based positions. Develop recruitment plans, strategies, and timelines accordingly.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process by promptly responding to inquiries, providing regular updates, and maintaining clear communication.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and selection processes.
- Utilize an ATS or recruitment software to track and manage candidate applications, interview feedback, and other relevant data. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of the hiring process.
