Job Description

  • Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and guidelines to support the organization’s goals and objectives.
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the administrative department, ensuring alignment with the overall company strategy.
  • Manage and supervise a team of administrative staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and professional development.
  • Oversee the budgeting and financial management of administrative operations, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost control.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement in administrative processes and implement effective solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, laws, and company policies, maintaining a high standard of ethics and integrity.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers, negotiating contracts and managing service level agreements.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of administrative systems, technologies, and tools, recommending upgrades or replacements as needed.
  • Analyze administrative data and metrics to identify trends, areas of improvement, and potential risks, providing timely reports and recommendations to senior management.
  • Act as a liaison between senior management and the administrative team, communicating goals, objectives, and expectations effectively.
